The 20/20 Experience is the third studio album by American recording artist Justin Timberlake. It was released on March 15, 2013, by RCA Records. It is his first album released since his musical hiatus in 2006 and change in labels in 2011. Its music incorporates neo soul styles with elements of older soul music; its lyrics discuss themes of romance and sex. As executive producer, Timberlake enlisted previous collaborator Timbaland to work alongside Jerome "J-Roc" Harmon and Rob Knox.
Upon its release, The 20/20 Experience received generally favorable reviews from music critics, who complimented its musical diversity from his previous albums, while also criticizing a lack of variation within the album itself. The album debuted at number one on the U.S. Billboard 200 with first-week sales of 968,000 copies, becoming Timberlake's second number one album on the chart and best-selling debut week of his solo career. The album also became Timberlake's third consecutive number one album in the United Kingdom.
Two singles have been released from the album, both becoming Top 3 singles on the Billboard Hot 100. Its lead single "Suit & Tie" also peaked within the top five in several countries worldwide, and its second single "Mirrors" reached number one in the United Kingdom. Timberlake will embark on the Legends of the Summer Stadium Tour Jay-Z to further promote the album, as well as The 20/20 Experience World Tour.

One of the most effective cardio workout. Tracy Anderson introduced dance cardio to world. Choreographed, freestyle, trampoline one... She created a whole series, but now she's not the only one, a lot of former TA trainers created their own training methods with Dance Cardio in it.<br />

Of course there are more trainers from TA Studio with their training styles, but those 3 are getting very succesful.<br />

I actually did a little test with four women. I made them try those workouts.<br />
<br />
The Result: BDS workouts are doable for everyone, it's a mix of ballet, Pilates and TAM, you will get results, but it isn't such unique experience as TAM or some barre/dance workouts.<br />
Nicole's ATS are fun and intensive, her dvds are worthy but it takes time to learn a choreographies and toning sequences, Overall there isn't much info about Nicole's phylisophy of toning muscles and designing a body but if you are familiar with Tracy Anderson Method you will like this one, it's very similiar.<br />
And finally Anna's AKT workout. The most unique workout from all of those three, strenght part is very intensive and it's a mix of everything... Dancing part is easy and fun and you will never get bored with this one!<br />
<br />
Each of them has a different toning workouts but they all use dance as a form of cardio.<br />
<br />
Nicole has a best choreographies.<br />
Tracy has a best workout program.<br />
Anna has the most interesting workout.<br />
Simone has the most doable workout.<br />
<br />
Even if they fitness routine are slightly different they goal is the same.. and that is to create a strong and lean body.<br />
<br />

1. There is plenty of time to get ready for exercise such as hydrating and eating.<br />
2. The body itself is more ready to exercise. According to some research, the level of ACTH (adrenocortical hormone) and thyroid stimulating hormone increases after 7pm, which results in burning more calories.<br />
3. You don’t really have to worry about ultraviolet rays (UV) or worry less when you work out late afternoon or in the evening.<br />
4. It’s said that human growth hormone (GH) and melatonin is secreted more after evening workouts. GH and melatonin is believed to slow down aging and improve immune system.<br />
5. You can release stress that you get during the day and don’t have to carry it over to your family or friends.<br />
6. Try not to work out too late, though. It’s not recommended working out an hour or a couple of hours earlier of your bed time. Strenuous exercise will raise body temperature and blood flow, which prevents you from having a sound sleep.<br />

Things to know about morning workouts<br />
1. It’s believed that morning exercising is better in regard to losing weight. Pre-requisite of this theory is not to eat before the morning exercise. This way, you can burn fat instead of burning what you eat.<br />
- Basically the level of glycogen, the first source of energy stored in liver and muscles, is lower in the morning, and the body burns an alternative energy source, fat. In the morning, the level of *insulin is lower as well, which helps burning more fat.<br />
- There is an opposing view on this opinion: your body may actually generate energy from muscles rather than fat because the body is basically catabolic state in the morning (normally anabolic state). Exercising in catabolic state can actually decrease metabolism, and end up losing more muscles.<br />
2. Some doctors agree that for those who work out in the morning, their heartbeat is higher all day, which will elevate metabolism throughout the day. Many morning exercisers say that they have more energy and are more alert all day.<br />
This makes a very good sense when we look at the fact that intensive workouts prevent people from having a good night sleep because body muscles are all energized from workout.<br />
3.
